Systems implementation

One system to run the whole business.

We replace the ten-tool stack — Notion, Asana, ClickUp, Slack, spreadsheets — with one custom operating system your team actually adopts. Built for agencies, ecommerce brands, coaching programs, and fitness teams.

Start with the problem. Inspect a working way through it.

Choose the operational problem closest to yours. Each preview is a starting structure, not an off-the-shelf answer; Enorbit adapts the data, rules, permissions, and handoffs around how your team actually works.

Lead conversion

Turn every serious enquiry into a clear next action.

Starting shape: CRM · A lightweight workspace for accounts, contacts, opportunities, and activity history.

Representative source preview. Final implementation is shaped around your workflow and brand.

What changes

Sales sees who owns each opportunity, what must happen next, and where a qualified lead is getting stuck.

How Enorbit would solve it

  1. 01Match the pipeline, ownership rules, and permissions to your sales motion.
  2. 02Capture the real source, qualification, and next action for every opportunity.
  3. 03Automate follow-ups and the handoff from signed deal to active delivery.

Clients

Operators who've had our founders behind their business.

How we work

One operating system, built with you.

Start with the map, choose how much of the implementation you want us to own, and leave with a system your team can run.

01

Full implementation

Your operating system, templated from what works and customized to how you actually operate.

02

Systems coaching

We coach your team to design, run, and evolve the system after handoff.

03

Done-with-you refinement

We work alongside your team until the workflow is clear and people actually use it.

04

Foundational builds

Infrastructure, apps, and plugins built around your operation, with AI only where it beats manual work.

From duct tape to infrastructure, in five moves.

  1. 01

    Map

We audit every workflow, tool, and handoff in your operation.

  2. 02

    Design

We architect the system around how you actually operate.

  3. 03

    Rebuild

Your core workflows, rebuilt as the screens your team uses daily.

  4. 04

    Migrate

Data, members, and history move over. Nothing is left behind.

  5. 05

    Train & hand off

We coach your team until the system is theirs, not ours.

AI implementations

Busywork runs automatically. Judgment stays human.

Intake, onboarding, reporting, follow-up, and fulfillment handoffs happen in the system.

Template

A pre-built system, deployed under your brand.

We start from a build shaped for operations like yours, put your data in it and your name on it. Live in days, not quarters.

02

Tailored build

The template reshaped around how you actually work.

Your workflows, your fields, your stages, and integrations with the tools you're keeping. Where most builds end up once we've mapped the first version.

03

Fully custom

Designed from your operation up.

For businesses whose process is the product. We map, design and build from scratch — and scope it with you before anything is committed.

Pricing depends on how much of your operation is in scope. We'll give you a real number on the call, after we've seen what you're running. Step one is a call. You leave with the map whether you hire us or not.

Founders

We've run the operations we now build.

Between the two of us that's the offer, the delivery, the team, and the software. When we tell you a workflow won't survive contact with your team, it's because we've watched one not survive ours.

Before you book

The questions everyone asks.

We've tried consolidating before and it didn't stick. Why is this different?

Because we treat adoption as the actual deliverable. Most consolidation fails at rollout, not at build — the system is fine and nobody uses it. We design around your existing process so there's less to relearn, lock the interface so nobody can break it, and coach your team until it's theirs. If your team doesn't use it, we haven't finished.

How long does a migration take?

Weeks, not quarters. The map and design phase is typically the first one to two weeks, and the rebuild depends on how many core workflows you run. You'll have a scoped timeline before you commit to anything — we don't start building without one.

What happens to the data in our current tools?

It moves. Members, clients, projects, history — migration is a step in the framework, not an afterthought. In practice this is usually a structured import, and it's rarely the hard part of the project.

Do we have to stop using everything else?

No. Some tools earn their place — if your email platform or storefront works, it stays and we integrate with it. The goal is to remove the tools you're paying for to compensate for not having a system, not to replace software that already does its job well.

Will this feel like learning new software?

Less than you'd expect. We build the screens to work the way the apps your team already uses work — same patterns, same expectations — with your process baked in instead of fought against. Familiar where it should be, custom where it matters.

Who owns and maintains it afterwards?

You own it. We document it, train your team, and stay available for support and iteration — but the point of the hand-off is that you aren't dependent on us to run your own business.
